This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") governs your use of this website, www.bfsmachinery.com, and all your business deals with BFS Machinery Co.

1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time by amendment to the version posted on the website, hereafter any subsequent use by you of the website will be taken as acceptance by you of the Terms & Conditions in their amended state.

2. You warrant that you are not in breach of any law or order of any court by using this service.

3. You agree that, in visiting and navigating around this website:
a) You will not upload onto any area of this website any images, graphics, text, hyperlinks, machine readable code or other content that amounts to a breach of the rights, including intellectual property rights.
b) You will not upload onto any area of this website any information, whether as to your identity, the purpose of your visit or otherwise, that is not truthful and honest.
c) You will not upload to this website, any unauthorised content.
d) There is no liability on us for loss or damage resulting, directly or indirectly, from your visit to (including agreeing not to seek to hold us responsible, or accountable, for any action or lack of action by yourself as a result of information or advice appearing on), this website, or through access from this website.
e) That when seeking to purchase any goods or services on this website, that you will not do so save on the basis that our Terms and Conditions of Sale are accepted by you as regulating any such purchase you make.

4. The laws of India shall be the only laws that apply to your use of this website and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India for the resolution of any claim or dispute arising.

5. Please make a strict note of below points while making any purchase from the Company:
1) All the listed products are sold as-is-where-is basis.
2) No guarantee or warranty is provided on such products, unless otherwise, separately mentioned.
3) It is understood that, the Product is thoroughly inspected by the purchase, before buy decisions.
4) There is no replacement or cancellation policy. So no refund policy in any case.
5) Once advance is deposited, the purchaser should do the insurance of the product.
6) It is purchaser’s responsibility to transport the product to his destination.
7) Packaging / crating and loading can be arranged by us at actual cost.
8) The full payment must be paid in advance within agreed timeline, before shifting the products.
9) In case of part payments, we’ll have full ownership right of the product until we receive the full payment within the agreed timeline.
10) It is agreed by the purchaser that, In case the purchaser fails to pay the full payments, within the agreed timeline, no refund is entertained and we are free to sell the product elsewhere.

6. Please make a strict note of below points while making any sale through the Company:
1) The separate agreement will be signed as per the nature of the transactions.
2) Products listed with us, cannot be listed on any other platform.
